For a routine test, you will only need one pair of gloves, a wellness card, a calibration card and one urine sample container. Keep hand wash and tissues nearby, personal hygiene : always a priority.

Insert the wellness card into the urine sample, ensuring all the squares are fully immersed.
Remove the card after two seconds and tap off any residual urine using the edge of the container.
Make sure to hold the dipstick horizontally to avoid cross-contamination of the squares.
Lay the wellness card flat on a tissue paper.
