“You are what you eat”, not quite literally but the foods you do (or don’t) eat do have a significant impact on your brain. Who you are, what you do, how you feel, it all comes from your brain.
It keeps your heart beat going, your eyelids blinking, your lungs contracting and relaxing without you even realising. To be brief, it keeps you alive.Which is why, keeping your brain health top notch might not be the worst thing to do.

When it comes to brain foods, it's actually a bit of a no-brainer (pun intended), what's good for the rest of your body is also good for your brain. Filling your plate with whole foods, more plant based colourful produce than animal foods goes a long way.
In fact, overall dietary patterns that prioritize plant-based foods and contain less meat and processed foods are linked to both better brain function and reduced risk of brain-related diseases.
